Alex Brumley
Lead Pastor
Pastor Alex became the Lead Pastor of Hillside Hope Assembly in 2025. He and his wife, Anna, along with their two daughters, moved to Atlantic from Visalia, California, where they were born and raised. Alex has previous ministry experience spanning work with kids, youth, and as a campus pastor. In his free time, he enjoys drinking coffee, spending time at the park and on walks with his family, and watching his beloved Atlanta Braves, San Jose Sharks, and Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
Mikayla Stockhaus
Church Administrator
Mikayla grew up attending Hillside Hope Assembly and has a heart for our church and community. She is married to Jonathan, who serves in the U.S. Air Force, and they have a toddler son. Mikayla has been involved in ministry throughout her life, serving as a leader in small groups, worship, tech/media, and event coordination. She currently teaches 6–12 Choir part-time in the mornings while dedicating her afternoons to serving our church family.
In her free time, she enjoys being with family and friends, reading, spending time outdoors, and savoring quiet moments while her husband is deployed.
